Dr. Monique Sullivan

Hi, I'm Monique - a wife, mom to two young boys, and an early childhood professional with over 15 years of experience supporting children and families.

Throughout my career, I've worked in licensed child care and preschool settings, administration, government consulting, policy, operations, and grants management.

While these experiences gave me a deep understanding of child development and family systems, becoming a mother transformed my perspective in a whole new way.

Like many parents, I've experienced the challenges that come with a growing family and the impact it can have on the entire family. Those experiences, combined with my professional background, led me to launch ChildWell.

My goal is to help families navigate childhood through a holistic, child and family-centered lens. Whether you're preparing for a new baby, navigating infant sleep, or supporting a toddler through developmental changes, I'm here to help you feel confident, supported, and rested.
